négociations sur des thèmes devant être traités pour 2016 :
-Pénibilité ; vu le résultat suite à l’expertise, on peut prévoir la
difficulté de cette négociation, pour reconnaître la pénibilité en
dehors des 3X8 et du travail de nuit. Si la Direction applique
stricto sensu la loi, il n’y aura pas de reconnaissance de la
pénibilité pour les salariés d’APRR, hormis les 2 cas cités plus
haut.
- renouvellement de l’accord handicap ; la CGT est signataire de cet accord, on peut toutefois
constater que l’entreprise fait quelques efforts sur l’embauche de salariés en situation de
handicap, mais il reste de gros progrès à faire concernant le reclassement des salariés dans
certaines activités. La CGT aura des exigences sur les reclassements pour apposer sa
signature lors du renouvellement de l’accord.
